The Airbnb Channel: Activate, Sync, and Manage Your Bookings

If you’re on Private Chef Manager Pro, you can connect the Airbnb channel to receive Airbnb Experiences requests right alongside your Take a Chef requests — all in one place.

What the Airbnb channel is

The Airbnb channel lets Pro chefs offer their services on Airbnb Experiences and manage those bookings inside Private Chef Manager, so your requests, calendar, and messages all live together.

What you need first

An active Private Chef Manager Pro subscription.
A complete, approved profile (photos, bio, at least 3 menus, and up-to-date availability).

How to activate and sync

1. Log in to Private Chef Manager and open the Channels section.

2. Find the Airbnb channel and follow the connection steps. For a full walkthrough, watch our step-by-step video.

3. Keep your availability and calendar in sync so Airbnb shows the right open dates.

Note: Airbnb listings can take several days or even weeks to be reviewed and approved before they go live. This step is managed together with our Supply team.

Bookings and fees

Airbnb requests appear in your request manager marked with the Airbnb source.
A 2.9% service fee applies to bookings made through partner connections like Airbnb. This does not apply to your Take a Chef bookings.
