How to Regain Access

Resetting a Forgotten or Locked Password

If you forget your password or receive the error message “Please check the data entered,” follow these steps:

  1. Click on Forgot your password? on the login page and enter your email address.
  2. Click “Continue.”
  3. Check your email inbox for a password reset link. If you don’t see it, check your Spam, Social, or Promotions folders.
  4. Click the “Change Password” link in the email.
  5. Enter and confirm your new password.
  6. Return to the login page and use your updated password to access your account.

If you’re unable to determine the cause of your sign in issue and no error message appears, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Reset Your Password
  2. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies
  3. Try a Different Browser (We recommend Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.)
  4. Ensure Your Browser is Up to Date
  5. Restart Your Device and Try Again
  6. Check Your Internet Connection
