I’m uncertain about my service dates.

Planning a service but unsure about the exact dates? Don't worry!  At Take a Chef we understand that scheduling can require a lot of planning and organizing with your group. That's why we offer a flexible solution that allows you to start planning your service without having to commit to specific dates from the start.

Single Service or Multiple Service?

The first step is to determine whether you need a one-time service (single service) or multiple services (more than one service in one or more dates).

Single Service: 

If you only need a specific service, such as one dinner or one lunch for a special occasion you can start by creating a service request on our platform in this link and select one of the possible dates for your service.

Also, indicate in the "notes for the chef" section that this date is flexible and provide a range of dates when you're available so our chef can determine which date would suit them best and know that the originally selected date may vary. 

By informing the chef of your flexibility, we allow them to check their availability for your preferred dates and send you a tailored proposal.

Multiple Service:

If you need multiple services and aren't sure of the dates or how many services you'll need, you can also create a service request to start the planning process. Indicate the approximate dates and number of services, and clarify in the "notes for the chef" section that these details may change.

It's important to note that chefs will quote the service based on the number of services indicated. If the final number of services changes, the chef will be able to modify the proposal.

What to do after making changes?

Once the chef has confirmed and made the adjustments to the price (if applicable) and you've confirmed the final service date, don't forget to inform our support team. They will update the information in our internal system and confirm the modifications.
