How Your PRO Subscription Billing Works: Price, Charges, Renewal and Refunds

Here’s everything about what Pro costs, when you’re charged, how renewals and refunds work, and how commissions are applied.

Plans and price

• Free plan — $0. Includes the essentials: a unified calendar, a centralized inbox, the request manager, and a performance dashboard.
• Pro plan — $29/month, with no commitment (cancel anytime). Adds your own professional website with a custom domain, priority 24/7 support, a dedicated account manager, Smart proposals and advanced analytics.

The free year (invitation program)

In select areas we offer an invitation-only Pro program at €0 for the first year. The benefits are free only for that stated period. Immediately after it ends, Pro continues at $29/month, billed monthly, unless you cancel.

Why a card is required

A payment method is required to activate and keep Pro. Adding a card doesn’t mean you’ll be charged outside the plan terms — it simply enables your subscription.

Renewal and how to cancel

Pro renews automatically each month. There is no annual billing and no free trial. To cancel  Go to Billing & Payouts › Payment Methods › Manage Payment Method › Cancel Subscription.

Refunds

If you’d like a refund of a subscription charge, email info@privatechefmanager.com and our Supply team will review your request.
