How to tip my chef?

Tipping is completely at your discretion, allowing you to reward your chef based on the service quality and your satisfaction level. If you'd like to tip, there are a few easy options available:

1. Tip in Cash on the Service Date

The simplest and most common way to tip your chef is by giving a cash tip at the end of the service.

2. Tip Using a Money Transfer App

If you don't have cash on hand, you can tip your chef using a money transfer app such as Venmo or another app of your choice. You can coordinate directly with the chef to find the option that works best for both of you.

3. Tip via Payment Link

If you cannot tip in cash or through a transfer app, we can assist you by providing a payment link. To use this option, please contact our customer service team with the following details:

• The email address used to book the service
• The service date
• The amount you wish to tip

We will generate a payment link for you. A 3% transaction fee will apply to cover processing costs. Once the payment is received, we will transfer the tip directly to the chef.
