How to Correct a Mistake in Your Request

Made an error in your service request? Don't worry — submitted requests can't be edited directly, but here are your options to quickly make it right.

Once a request has been submitted, it cannot be directly edited. However, there are a couple of ways to fix this:

1. Create a New Request:
   

   The most straightforward approach is to cancel your original request and create a new request with the correct information. This will allow our chefs to accurately assess your needs and provide a tailored proposal.
   

2. If You Have Already Chosen a Chef:

   If you have a specific chef in mind and want to avoid potential confusion, you can: 

   • Contact the Chef: Reach out to your preferred chef and request that they submit a proposal to the new, corrected request.
   • Contact our support team: Our team can help clarify the necessary changes and guide you through any additional steps.
