How to contact a chef

At Take a Chef, we make it easy to connect with chefs to plan every detail of your experience. Simply create a free, no-commitment service request to discuss your needs, adjust the menu, and finalize event details like timing and dietary preferences. This ensures a personalized and seamless culinary experience.

Within each proposal received, you will find a direct chat feature that allows you to communicate with the chefs. This chat enables secure messaging without needing to leave the platform. To access the chat, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Take a Chef account.
2. Click on "My shopping".
3. Locate the proposal from the chef you want to contact.
4. Click on "View proposal".
5. Within the proposal, select the "Messages" option.

Through this system, you can ask all the necessary questions and coordinate final details before confirming the service.
