How to confirm my service

If you have found the ideal chef for your occasion and clarified any remaining questions, all that is left is to confirm and book your private chef service.  

To confirm your private chef booking on Take a Chef, log into your account, locate the chef's proposal, click "Reserve", complete the guest count and extras, then check out using your preferred payment method. The process is quick, straightforward, and secure. In this guide, we'll explain how to make the payment and confirm your booking. We'll walk you through the process step-by-step to ensure it's easy and secure.

How do I confirm my service?

Once you've chosen the ideal chef for your event, all you need to do is:

• 1. Log into your Take a Chef account.
  2. Locate your desired chef's proposal.
  3. Click Reserve.
  4. For single services, select the final guest count. (For multiple services, this step is not required, as the guest count is set within the service request.)
  5. Add any extras if necessary.
  6. Click Check out.
  7. Select your desired payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other available methods).
  8. Enter your payment details (e.g. card number and billing information for credit card, or log into your PayPal account if selecting PayPal).
  9. Finish the payment process.

• On the middle left click “reserve”
• For single services, select the final guest count. (For multiple services this step will not be necessary as the guest count is selected within the service request.)

• Click “Check out”
• Select your desired payment method (credit card, paypal or link)
• Finish the payment process.
