How Many Proposals Will I Receive?

Understand how many proposals you can expect from Take a Chef

At Take a Chef, each request can receive up to three personalized proposals from three different local chefs. Proposals typically begin arriving shortly after your request is submitted, but it may take a few hours for them to appear in your account.

If you don’t receive any proposals, it could be due to a few reasons:

  1. Busy chefs: Chefs in your area might already be fully booked, especially during peak seasons.
  2. Short notice: Chefs usually need at least three days' notice to prepare properly for your service.
  3. Local portfolio in development: We may still be building our network of chefs in your area to provide the best experience possible.
