Help! I submitted a request but can’t add my Gift Code

Discover how to create a new request with your gift code if it wasn’t added.

If you submitted your request but don’t see an option to add your gift code, you may have created a regular service request instead of redeeming your Take a Chef gift card. Simply cancel your request by clicking the trash can icon, then submit a new one with your gift code.

What If You’ve Already Spoken with a Chef?

If you’ve already connected with a chef through your original request and want to continue working with them, no problem! Just reach out to Our Support Team, and we’ll manually confirm the booking using the funds from your gift card.
