You deserve recognition for your hard work. Reviews show potential guests what your services are like, and why previous guests have loved welcoming you into their home. Find below everything about how reviews in Take a Chef work, how they can benefit your visibility, and where you can find them.
Before we start, let’s go over some key details about reviews on our platform:
- Reviews from other websites are not included.
- Reviews cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Only reviews with 4 stars and above are showcased on your profile.
- Every grade is taken into consideration for your overall feedback score.
Post-Service Survey Email
You went to your guest’s home and did your best to give them an experience to remember, now it’s time to hear what they thought. Within the next 24 hours, they will get a survey email to grade aspects of your work like quality of food, dish explanation, cleanup, and interpersonal skills. A follow-up email is sent if they have yet to send their satisfaction questionnaire.
Remind your guests to check their spam, social or promotion folders if they don't see it. If it's missing entirely, they can reach out to the TAC support team here
Client Feedback Score
Your overall score is displayed on your Chef profile. It reflects your past performance based on guest feedback rated from 1 to 5 stars. Where 5 means you provided your guest an excellent service, and 1 means they think there are aspects you need to improve. Guests can also leave a review when filling out their satisfaction questionnaire.
Where Can I See My Reviews?
You can read your guest reviews at the bottom of your Chef profile. They are detailed feedback sharing what your guests liked about the food and experience you prepared for them, and how you made them feel. A smile always goes a long way!
How can I tell if a client left a review?
Our team manually reviews and approves all new reviews from Monday to Friday. If you don’t see your latest client review immediately, please allow some time for it to appear on your profile.
If it still doesn’t show up after some time, it may be because the client hasn’t left a review. Remember, leaving a review is completely optional for clients. While we encourage them to share their feedback, it is not mandatory.
