Getting to know your Chefs!

Discover how to learn more about chefs' skills, experience, and specialties to make the right choice.

How do I get to know my chef?

You can get to know your chef by visiting their profile after receiving a proposal. The Chef tab includes their Biography, Pictures, Reviews, and Sample Menus — giving you a full view of their background, work, and client feedback before you commit.

  1. Under My Proposals, Locate the chef you’d like to check and click on See Proposal. 
  2. Go to the Chef Tab and explore the following sections:

  1. Biography: Here, you’ll find the chef’s professional background, education, experiences, and a little more about their journey.
  2. Pictures: If you want to see what your experience could look like, go to the pictures section to find images of menus, previous services, and more. 
  3. Reviews: You can learn more about your chefs by checking out reviews from clients who’ve already had an experience with them.
  4. Sample Menus: Some chefs have put together sample menus to showcase their culinary skills and creativity. Just go to the Sample Menus tab to see if they've shared any... you may find something truly inspiring.
