Your team owns the guest relationship. You handle booking requests, guest communication, and internal coordination. The service appears under your brand — guests experience it as your offering, not PCM's.

The chef delivers the service. An independent professional who designs the menu, sources ingredients, cooks on-site, serves, and cleans up. All communication with chefs stays on the platform — no WhatsApp, phone, or personal email.
