Chef Cancellation Policy
Cancellations create a bad experience for clients. We ask you to commit to honoring every confirmed service.
Acceptable Reasons to Cancel
Only in real emergencies:
- Medical issues or accidents
- Family emergencies
- Natural disasters or other proven causes.
Not Acceptable Reasons
- Outdated or incorrect calendar
- Double booking / overcommitting
- Deciding not to do the service without a valid reason
- Lack of organization or late decline.
What Happens if You Cancel
- You must inform us immediately and explain the reason.
- If the cancellation is justified → no penalty.
- If the cancellation is unjustified → penalties will apply.
Possible Consequences of Unjustified Cancellations
- Fewer booking requests (lower score)
- Suspension of Automated Offer (temporary or permanent)
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent removal from the platform (in repeat or serious cases).

- Keep your calendar updated at all times
- Review client requests carefully before accepting
- Decline quickly if you’re not available or interested
- Communicate clearly and early.
