Understanding Guest Requests: Cuisine, Budget, and Event Info

Unfolding the first touchpoint with your clients

This is where every guest's dream meal begins! The service request form is where clients share the details of their event, culinary preferences, and budget. Let's break down each section so you can tailor your offerings perfectly.

Event Details

  • Location: Where the service takes place. Clients may provide a detailed address or a general area, particularly if they're tourists or finalizing their plans.
  • Number of guests: The customer can choose from options according to their party size: meals for 2, small gatherings (3-6), medium parties (7-12), or large events (13+ guests).
  • Meal type: Clients choose the meal they host - lunch or dinner. Knowing the meal type sets the stage for your menu and schedule planning.

Cuisine and Dietary Preferences

  • Type of cuisine: Customers select from popular cuisines like Mediterranean, Italian, French, Japanese, Fusion, Seafood, and Local. For anything else, there's the ‘Surprise Me’ option.
  • Dietary restrictions: This section allows the customer to specify allergies, dietary restrictions, or special diets.

Comment Section

Pay close attention here: Clients can leave any additional notes, like the event's purpose, specific food preferences, or special requests. This information can be a game-changer in personalizing your proposal and winning the client.

Budget and Contact Information

  • Budget: The guest can select from three different budget options: 'Basic' (the most affordable), 'Temptation' (mid-range), and 'Exclusive' (the most high-end).
  • Contact Information: Customers share their contact details, which we forward to you after they book your service. This includes their phone number and email.

Our Commitment to your Safety

Our system automatically verifies guest emails and removes any messages with false information or spamming. We also detect and filter out bot-generated requests so you only interact with genuine potential clients.
