Your Chef Site: How It Works and How to Request Changes

Private Chef Manager Pro includes your own professional website — your Chef Site — with a custom domain. Here’s how it works and how to get changes made.

Getting your Chef Site

Your Chef Site is created for Pro users once you choose one of the two available templates. Sites are set up manually by our team, so there may be a short wait during busy periods.

Requesting changes to your site

All changes to your Chef Site are handled by our team. This includes editing your name or photos, publishing updates, reverting to a previous version, or removing the site. Just contact your Account Manager or email info@privatechefmanager.com with what you need, and we’ll take care of it for you.

If your site shows an error or the wrong version

First refresh the page and check again after a few minutes, since updates take a little time to sync. If the problem continues, see “How to Troubleshoot Website Errors” or send us a screenshot at info@privatechefmanager.com.
