Why Your PRO Benefits Were Deactivated and How to Reactivate Them
If you received a message saying your Private Chef Manager Pro benefits were deactivated, don’t worry — here’s exactly what it means and how to get them back.
Why Pro benefits get deactivated
Your Pro benefits can be paused for a few reasons:
- The free or invitation period ended. When Pro is offered at €0, it’s free only for the stated period; after that, Pro continues at $29/month if you keep it active.
- There’s no payment method on file. A card is required to activate and keep your Pro benefits — this is the most common reason benefits pause.
- Your profile is incomplete. If key details are missing, Pro features may not stay active.
- A decision by our Supply team. We may deactivate Pro when there are communication malpractices (for example, trying to arrange services or take payments outside the platform), repeated cancellations without justification, or client complaints.
How to reactivate your benefits
1. Make sure your profile is complete: an updated bio, at least 12 high-quality photos, a professional profile photo, at least 3 menus, your location, your request preferences, and your payment information.
2. Add or confirm a valid payment method under Billing & Payouts.
3. Contact our Supply team at info@privatechefmanager.com (or reply to your Account Manager) so we can review your account and reactivate your benefits.
Note: Reactivation of the free/invitation Pro is reviewed case by case by our Supply team — it isn’t automatic, and continuing at no cost depends on your account meeting the program requirements. If you’d simply like to keep Pro, you can re-subscribe at $29/month from “Go Pro.”
My payment is up to date but my benefits are still off
If you’ve confirmed your payment method and your profile are correct and your benefits still show as deactivated, reach out to us at info@privatechefmanager.com so a team member can review your account directly. This is the one case that always needs a person.
