Where Can I See My Reviews?

How to Find and Use Your Reviews

Reviews are an important part of building your reputation as a private chef. They give you valuable feedback on what guests enjoyed about your food and service, and they help future clients trust and choose you.

You can now see your reviews directly from your Private Chef Manager page, as well as on your public chef profile.

Viewing Reviews in Private Chef Manager

1. Log in to your Take a Chef account.
2. Go to your Private Chef Manager page.
3. On the home page, look below the star rating.
4. You will see a section called Reviews.

In this section, you will find:

• Average rating: the average rating received across all your reviews.
• Total reviews: the total number of reviews you have received.

To see all your reviews, click All reviews.

Sharing a Review on Social Media

You can download a specific review and share it on your social media.

To do this:

1. Go to the review you want to share.
2. Click the share icon.
3. Click Download image.
4. Upload the image to your preferred social media platform.

Viewing Reviews on Your Public Chef Profile

You can still see your reviews on your personal chef profile.

To find them:

1. Log in to your Take a Chef account.
2. Go to your chef profile by clicking your name or profile picture in the top-right corner.
3. Scroll down to the Reviews section at the bottom of your profile.

Here, you will see:

• Guest ratings and written comments.
• Details about what guests enjoyed most, such as the menu, presentation, and service.
• Feedback on their overall experience with you.

Tip: Reviews are displayed publicly on your profile. Positive reviews not only help you improve, but also increase your chances of getting booked again.
