What Happens If Your Gift Card Expires?

Understand your options if your gift card shows as expired.

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving you ample time to plan your perfect experience.

If your gift card appears to be expired, here’s what you need to know:

  • Within One Year: If it has been less than a year since your purchase, but you see an expiration error, feel free to Contact our Support Team. They will gladly review your case and help resolve the issue.
  • Past One Year: If it has been more than a year, the gift card is typically no longer valid. However, if you haven’t received a proposal or your chef canceled, contact our Support Team so they can evaluate the situation and offer you options.
  • Duplicate Request Error: If you’ve already submitted a gift request that is in progress, you won’t be able to create a new request with the same code as it will appear as expired. To track your original gift request, simply visit "My Shopping" to view its status, check on proposals, and chat with chefs.
