What Happens After Your Booking Is Confirmed?

Learn what to expect after your booking is confirmed and how to stay in touch with your chef.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the essential details, including:

  • The service date
  • Total payment
  • Contact information for both you and your chef

Your chef will also receive a confirmation email along with your contact details, making it easy for both of you to connect directly and discuss any last-minute details or preferences.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder. Gmail users should also check the Promotions or Social tab — it might land there.
