Received a Higher Quote Than Expected? Here's What to Do

Find the steps you can take to address this situation and find a solution that fits your budget.

When requesting a service, you will have the option to select from three different price ranges. Once you submit your request, our chefs will design a tailored proposal and send you a quote within the selected range.

It's important to note that our chefs have a built-in flexibility to adjust the final price, either up or down the selected range to accommodate the exact menu needs. This means that even though they'll strive to match your chosen price range, there might be slight variations based on factors like ingredients, complexity, dates and other considerations.

What to do if the quote is higher than expected:

  1.  Message the chef:  The first step is to communicate with the chef and explain that you'd like to adjust the proposal to align with your budget. By clearly stating your needs, the chefs will be able to suggest modifications to the proposal to reduce the cost without compromising quality.

  2. Cancel the proposal: If you prefer to explore other options, you can always cancel the proposal. This is a straightforward process that can be completed by clicking on the trash icon located in the upper right corner of the proposal. By canceling, you'll be able to receive new proposals from other chefs that better suit your budget and requirements.

Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service that aligns with your budget. By following these tips and communicating openly with our team, we can work together to find a solution that satisfies your needs.
