# No Chefs Available After Redeeming My Gift Card—What’s Next?
## When to expect chef proposals and what to do if they don’t arrive.
Proposals from chefs typically arrive within a few hours, but it may take up to 24 hours after you submit your gift card request. If you haven’t received any proposals after this timeframe, don’t worry—our Support Team is here to help!
