I Entered the Wrong Address and Already Paid for the Chef—What Can I Do?

To prevent any issues, we recommend double-checking the address with your chef within the chat section before completing the payment, especially if you have concerns about the location—like when booking a service in an area that might be hard to reach, such as an island.

What happens if I already paid?

If you've already paid and realized the address is incorrect:

  1. Contact your chef

    Discuss the situation with your chef and confirm if they would be able to make it to the correct address but note that additional travel fees may apply.

  2. If your chef can’t reach the new location:

    If you have discussed the situation with your chef and it is not possible for them to provide the service in the new location contact our support team immediately. 

    We will work with you to find a suitable resolution but note that additional fees may apply in accordance to our cancelation policy.
