If you need to reschedule your private chef booking, the first step is to reach out to your chef via chat and ask if they are available on your preferred new date.

Once the chef confirms that they are able to accommodate the change, you’ll need to contact our support team. They will update our internal records to reflect the new booking date. Note that the booking date on the platform itself cannot be edited. You and the chef will still see the original date but they will confirm the modification manually to ensure everything is adjusted accordingly.
