How to navigate your partner dashboard


Your dashboard at https://www.privatechefmanager.com/extranet/agency/request/index is the operational center for all PCM activity. Bookmark it. Everything your team needs — active bookings, history, chef communication, and guest proposal links — is here.

Booking table — what each column means

Column

What it shows

ID

Unique booking number. Click to open full booking detail.

STATUS

Current state of the booking (see statuses below).

CREATED

Date the booking was submitted.

GUEST / REF

Guest name or internal reference entered at checkout.

SERVICE DATE

Date range of the service.

PRICE

Total booking value in the guest's currency.

SOURCE

Concierge — your team booked it. Guest — guest used your marketplace link directly.

CHEF

Chef photo. Appears once a chef accepts the booking.

PROPOSAL

••• action menu — View, Manage, or Share.

Booking statuses

Status

What it means

IN PROCESS

Active — payment received, chef assigned, service upcoming.

PAID

Payment confirmed. Chef assigned.

FINISHED

Service completed successfully.

CANCELLED

Booking cancelled. Price shows 0 if no charge was made.

EXPIRED

Request not completed — no payment or no chef found. No charge.

The ••• action menu

View. Opens the full proposal: service type, chef, date grid, and total price. This is the page to share with guests before arrival.

Manage. Access booking management: message the chef, handle requests. An orange badge appears when there are unread replies.

Share. Copies the proposal link to your clipboard instantly. Guests can view the proposal without logging in.

 

ℹ️ Keep all chef communication on the platform via Manage. All messages are stored and visible to PCM if a dispute arises. No WhatsApp, phone, or personal email to chefs.

Common FAQ

Can I search for a specific chef before any booking exists?

Yes — use the Chefs section in the sidebar. Filter by location to see all chefs covering a destination. Useful for making personalised recommendations before a guest request arrives.

What does it mean if there's no chef photo in the CHEF column?

The chef hasn't accepted the booking yet. PCM is working on the assignment. You don't need to do anything — PCM will notify you once confirmed.

Can my guest view the proposal without logging in?

Yes. The proposal link (via Share) is fully accessible without an account. Guests see the chef photo, full menu, date, and price.

Can more than one team member access the dashboard?

Each team member should have their own login — never share credentials with colleagues or guests. For additional access, contact your PCM account manager.

Use it proactively — review profiles, menus, and ratings for your key destinations before a guest request arrives. Familiarity with the supply makes personalised recommendations faster and more confident.
