How to leave a review

Learn how to share your feedback about your private chef experience.

Did you just enjoy a private chef experience and want to leave a review? We’d love to hear your thoughts and learn about your experience!

24 hours after the date of your service, you’ll receive an automated email with a personalized link to access the Take a Chef platform and share your feedback about the service.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, don’t forget to check your spam folder, the email may also land in your promotions or social folders,  otherwise feel free to contact our support team for assistance. 

If your chef was replaced:

If your original chef was not available but you enjoyed your service with a different chef you can also leave a review for your new chef! Here’s how you do it:

Replacement code: 

If you found your new chef using a cancellation code provided by our support team, you will receive an automatic email as well with a personalized link to access the Take a Chef platform and share your feedback about the service.

Manual service confirmation: 

In case our team assisted you in finding your new chef and the service was confirmed manually rather than through the platform, no worries! To leave your review simply contact our support team to share the review and we will do the rest! 

Don’t forget to rate your experience from 1 to 5 (5 being the highest grade) and share your experience with us!

Modify your review:

When your review doesn’t turn out exactly as you envisioned and you’d like to make changes, our team can assist you in accessing the review and making the updates for you. Just reach out to our team, share the changes you’d like to make, and we’ll take care of everything.
