How To Cancel A Booking?

At Take A Chef, we want to make sure everything is clear for you and the chef. Here's how our cancellation policy works:
- More than 30 days before the service: You will receive a 100% refund.
- Less than 30 days but more than 7 days before the service: You are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule with the same chef within the next 90 days.
- Less than 7 days before the service: No refund will be issued, as the chef has already reserved their time and may have declined other opportunities.
Please note that payment fees (3%) are non-refundable.
