How To Cancel A Booking?

Would you like to cancel your confirmed booking? Contact our Support Team for more details!

At Take a Chef, we want to ensure everything is clear for both you and the chef. Please review our cancellation policies below:

For requests made on or after September 4th, 2025

  • 15 days or more before the service: 100% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before the service: No refund.

  • Within 24 hours of payment, if the service is scheduled more than 3 days away: 100% refund.

For requests made before September 4th, 2025

  • More than 30 days before the service: 100% refund.

  • Between 30 and 7 days before the service: 50% refund, or the option to reschedule with the same chef within the next 90 days.

  • Less than 7 days before the service: No refund, as the chef has already reserved their time and may have declined other opportunities.

Note: Payment processing fees (3%) are non-refundable.
